Creating Operations

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the Process section, click Operation.
    Result: The Operation window is displayed.
  4. Click Action > Add.
    Result: The Operation entry window is displayed.
  1. Enter the code for and name of the new operation.
  2. Enter or zoom to select the standard operation to which the operation is attached.
  3. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new operation has been added and the Detail of the operation is displayed.
